Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Lyons, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project improvements include replacing or installing eight mainline water gate valves at five locations in the Town of Lyons. The work also includes replacing segments of existing watermain within the NYS Route 14 ROW, and reconnecting to the existing watermains outside the state ROW. Full restoration of all disturbed pavement, driveways, and turf areas is also required. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General Project has an expected duration of 60 days. The Town of Lyons, Wayne County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
