Renovation of a military facility in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Professional services are sought for Camp Grayling - Building 8, Grayling, Michigan. The services to be completed should encompass, at a minimum, the phases outlined in the Department of Technology, Management and Budgets (DTMB) Sample Standard Contract for Professional Services. The purpose is to prepare a professional services proposal related to minor state capital outlay projects for this specific site. There will be no pre-proposal meeting or walk-through Single story vehicle maintenance and support building. Program includes three work bays and a lower side bay containing office, restroom with shower, janitor closet, mechanical room, and storage rooms. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building with mono-sloped roof, 3' high masonry wall at base of building, slab on grade with trench drains at bays, overhead doors at bays, with power, lighting and heating. For more detail, please see the attached design guide. Conceptual building footprint and layout shown on the attached plan. The building shall be designed to allow for future expansion as generally indicated on the preliminary floor plan. Please do not submit online questions via VSS.
