ELECTRONIC SEALED BIDS from Approved Prequalified Bidders are solicited for the Willow Springs ES Close Out Project. Bids must be received electronically using the designated procurement portal. Bidders are required to comply with prevailing wage requirements in accordance with the Fairfax County Prevailing Wage Ordinance and Virginia Code 2.2-4321.3. The contract documents specify certification and recordkeeping obligations regarding prevailing wages. Prospective Bidders are required to submit bidding documents electronically and deliver the physical bid security as specified. Pre-qualification requirements: Only approved prequalified bidders are eligible to participate. Any question or request for an interpretation must be in writing and submitted: (i) by mail or hand delivery addressed to Architect and Owner as indicted on the cover page to this solicitation; or (ii) by email to Fairfax County Public Schools Design and Construction, Attn: Matthew Wright mbwright1@fcps.edu and fax or email to the Senior Buyer at following: fax: 571-423-2317; email tccampbell@fcps.edu (Tiffany Campbell).
