Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Port Hardy, British Columbia. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
The scope of work includes the full demolition and removal of identified residential structures located within the flood lane, identification, disconnection, and removal of underground utilities, handling of hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead if encountered in accordance with WorkSafeBC and BC environmental regulations, segregation, hauling, and disposal of waste at licensed facilities, and site cleanup, grading, and restoration to ensure the area is left safe and free of debris. Contractors must carry out all work in compliance with all applicable British Columbia regulations and WorkSafeBC standards.
