Yukon Energy Corporation, in cooperation with Carcross Tagish First Nation, Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, and Kwanlin Dün First Nation, is seeking a Consultant to provide multi-disciplinary support to refine and implement the Monitoring and Adaptive Management Plan (MAMP) and services supporting regulatory compliance for the Whitehorse Rapids Generating Station. The Consultant will support responsibilities and commitments for collaboration and engagement with the First Nations in developing and implementing the MAMP and regulatory compliance activities. Proponents are invited to submit a Proposal that delivers effective support, demonstrates quality service, meets client needs, and offers the best value through a competitive process. Annual contract extensions are contingent upon collaboratively developed annual work plans and satisfactory performance.
