Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lake Shore, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes the construction of approximately 0.64 miles of 10-foot-wide bituminous trail, modular block retaining walls, culverts, and turf restoration. Approximate quantities and items involved are: 1 acre of clearing and grubbing, 1,270 cubic yards of common excavation, 3,735 cubic yards of select granular borrow, 4,214 square yards of bituminous trail and driveway paving, 16,299 square feet of modular block retaining wall, 129 linear feet of 12-inch RC pipe, 881 linear feet of floating boardwalk installation, 1,513 linear feet of wood fence, and 2.4 acres of seeding.
