The Project scope: 1. New Scotland E.S. (NSES): +Provide New Supplemental Cooling System. Add new Rooftop Chiller Unit and replace all existing Fan Powered VAV Boxes with associates pipes and ducts, Install new Blower Coil Units with associated ducts and piping. Remove partial or full ceililings and reinstall existing after HVAC and Electical work is completed. Disconnect and remove existing inactive telephone system and accociated equipment and materials. Add new circuits breakers and wirings, chilled water pumps and other connections as shown. Provide power riser as shown in doucument from roof to basement. 2. Montessori Magnet School: Replace RTU's as indicated. Salvage parts from RTU being replaced for use on existing RTUs. +Salvage RTU-4 for spare parts, coordinate with Owner Representative, Replace with New Package Energey Recovery Unit, provide new curb adapter with vibration isolation. Reconnect ductworl and electric as required. 1. New Scottland Elementary School - Volume 1 a. Structural work is associated with the installation of new roof top mechanical equipment. b.
