This contract is for construction services in connection with the Rehabilitation and Modernization of passenger elevators 3, 4, and 5 All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, to Valiant Yeung, R.A. at vyeung@nassaucountyny.gov Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the third quarter of 2026. Docs note In order to submit a bid, a non-refundable fee of $300.00 by check or money order, payable to the Nassau County Treasurer, will be required for each set of Bid Contract Documents purchased from the Permit Office. Prospective bidders requesting Contract Documents by mail must remit an additional, non-refundable, fee of $30.00 per set to cover handling and first-class mailing. from 9:00 AM on Friday, February 6th, 2026 until 3:45 PM on Friday, March 6th, 2026 (closed from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM, and on County Holidays). Note - As per Addendum 2 All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 5th, 2026, to Valiant Yeung, R.A. at vyeung@nassaucountyny.gov ADDITIONAL non-mandatory pre-bid site walk thru at the Supreme Court Building has been scheduled for Monday, March 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The estimated construction cost is $3.058M, of which $1.438M is allocated for labor.
