UMBA is seeking Owner Project Manager Services for the Skinner Simulation Lab Relocation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus. This Project intends to relocate and expand, as well as create more functional and flexible simulation labs allowing for state-of-the-art teaching and undergraduate enrollment growth. An 16,000 to 21,000 sf addition or new construction (to be determined after initial assessment by the project team) with Simulation labs, Prototyping lab, Student workspace & study center, Classroom, Skills Training and related support spaces. Time Period for Completed Project May 2029 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
