The project involves the removal of existing metal lockers and replacement with new phenolic lockers at the Wooden Center. Work locations include the Men's and Women's locker rooms, the gym area (Room 1245), the hallway (hallway 1147), and two locations within the basketball court (Room 1136). The contractor must build a temporary wall, which may be opaque plastic sheathing, between the installation area and the occupants of the locker room. The estimated construction cost is $250,000.00. Only prequalified bidders are invited to submit lump sum bids, and all work is subject to prevailing wage requirements, non-discrimination, and efforts to involve small business and disabled veteran business enterprises.
