Description The purpose of the Sucker Creek Flood Study is to assess and identify flood hazards along 10 km of Sucker Creek and 13 km of Arcadia Creek through Sucker Creek First Nation, including Sucker Creek, and Big Lakes County. The study will be completed under the provincial Flood Hazard Identification Program, the goals of which include enhancement of public safety and reduction of future flood damages through the identification of flood hazards. The provincial study is being co-funded through the federal Flood Hazard Identification and Mapping Program. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
