Reference Number 0000411795 The Work to be performed under the 2025 Water System Improvements - Sites 1 to 7 consists of furnishing all labor, materials equipment, tools, supplies including replacement and rehabilitation of water distribution pipelines and appurtenances for each of the seven (7) sites of approximately more than 25,000 linear feet of 12'' , 8'' and 6'' waterline with PVC waterline via open-cut installation. In addition, the Work includes approximately more than 1,500 linear feet of 6" and 8" waterline to be installed via pipe bursting, and 300 linear feet of 4" waterline to be installed via sliplining. This document does not depict cross connections onto adjacent streets or replacement of fire hydrant laterals for the purposes of simplicity. All pipelines exist within paved ROW (or Utility Easement) and require mill and overlay. A detailed phasing plan shall be prepared by the contractor for each site prior to construction depicting maintenance of traffic, access and water service through construction, testing, disinfection and connection.
