Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huron-Kinloss, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Township is requesting bids for the reconstruction of Park St. from Huron St. to west limit and the replacement of a sidewalk on Huron St. from Park St. to south limit in the community of Ripley. The work includes approximately: o 690 tonnes of hot mix asphalt o 4200 m3 of earth excavation o 3050 tonnes of provisional Granular A o 6200 tonnes of provisional Granular B o 1500 square meters of concrete sidewalk and drives o 450 linear metres of storm sewer (300 to 600mm) o 11 linear metres of deep sanitary sewer (200mm) o 490 linear metres of 150 mm PVC watermain o 820 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter o A temporary potable water system as well as other work incidental thereto.
