Site work and paving for a civil project in Warren, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Statement of Work, project specifications, and project drawings, with the more stringent requirements taking precedence. Work will be coordinated with Base Operations, and the contractor shall obtain, pay for, and comply with the Macomb County Soil Erosion Permit. The project consists of constructing new two- and three-lane roads and includes full-depth pavement repairs, mill and overlay, crack repairs, and work along the entire Perimeter Road and Jefferson Avenue. Work shall be completed in accordance with drawings Repair Perimeter Rd VGLZ 182035. The requirement also includes installation of subsurface edge drainage for all new pavement sections, localized grading to address inadequate drainage, and new paint and markings on all new pavements. The contractor must maintain a constant flow of traffic throughout construction. Base perimeter road surfacing will primarily use HMA pavement. Approximately 4.2 miles of existing two- and three-lane base perimeter road will be resurfaced, including one mile of three-lane road on Jefferson Avenue from Main Gate to Wilbur Wright Boulevard. The contractor shall remove and reinstall steel wedge barriers and jersey barriers throughout construction as directed by SANGB Security Staff and reinstall steel barriers at grade matching pre-construction conditions. Interested vendors shall respond through the PIEE solicitation module with capability statements including socio-economic status, applicable NAICS codes, and prior experience in road construction and repair.
