Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Bidnet SCOPE OF WORK The TXShare purchasing cooperative is soliciting qualified vendors to offer trade services in the categories listed below: Category #1: Plumbing Trade: Labor Category #2: HVAC Trade: Labor Category #3: Concrete Trade: Labor Category #4: Carpentry: Labor Category #5: Paint Trades: Labor Category #6: Electrical Trade: Labor Category #7: Roofing: Labor Category #8: Other Costs Category #9: Other Ancillary Goods or Services 5.0.1 Purpose Most parks, facilities maintenance, public works departments, and other end users currently rely on trade professionals to perform various repairs and small-scale improvements or renovations. All purchases and related work will be made in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements. TXShare cooperative members may utilize any awarded contract on an as-needed basis. Non-member agencies may join at any time and may then utilize this contract. Orders will be placed at the Customer's discretion on an as-needed basis. There is no obligation on the part of any Customer to utilize any of the contracts awarded through this solicitation.
