Site work for a water / sewer project in Worley, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Qualification statements from engineering firms experienced with testing, design, and rehabilitation of sewage lagoons. Evaluate the unlined sewer lagoons in accordance with the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality's "Guidance for Evaluating Wastewater Lagoon Seepage Rates." Measure and record groundwater infiltration and lagoon overflow during the spring months (April to May). Prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), within a four-month time frame (following the spring measurement), detailing evaluation methods and results, proposed solutions, environmental impact, analysis, cost estimates, life cycle cost analysis, and consideration of alternative options. Address existing damage and provide solutions to prevent future damage. This solicitation is subject to the laws and regulations of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe. The Coeur d'Alene Tribe reserves the right to waive any informalities, any irregularities, or to reject any and or all of the submittals in the best interest of the Tribe. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
