Site work for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work includes the construction of water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 277 will be received at LJA Engineering, Inc. Bidders may submit bids electronically via the specified website after registering and obtaining bidding documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. Bidding documents may be examined at specified locations or obtained for a fee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in bidding or the bidding process except the time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that, in the Board's judgment, is most advantageous to the District and results in the best and most economical completion of the project. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request for such information to Engineer not less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening.
