The City of McAllen is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms for the design of public infrastructure improvements to support the development of a 52-acre Industrial Park. This public/private project is partially funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration in partnership with the City of McAllen. Only electronic submissions through the City of McAllen's bidding portal will be accepted. Registrants must use the bidding portal to view the solicitation, submit responses, and post questions. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the City. Applicable product categories include: Civil Engineering, Drainage Engineering, Engineering Services, General Construction Management/Scheduling/Cost Estimation - Engineering, and Sewage Collection, Treatment, and Disposal/Engineering.
