The Town of Abingdon requests proposals from qualified and interested firms and contractors to provide On-call General Maintenance and Repairs Services for various facilities owned and operated by the Town of Abingdon. The project scope shall consist of providing routine maintenance and repair services, but is not limited to: 1. Priming and painting, interior and exterior. 2. General carpentry. 3. General construction. 4. Light industrial electrical. 5. General plumbing. 6. Lead Mitigation (as needed) The resulting contract shall be for one (2) year term from the date of the agreement and may be renewed by the Town of Abingdon for a period of up to two (2) successive one-year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract, not to exceed $500,000.00. The submittals are to be marked on the outside "On-call General Maintenance and Repairs".
