Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Conyers, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. Parcel 12 - Demolition and Removal - Commercial structure with brick veneered CMU exterior walls and steel frame roof structure with elastomeric roof membrane over reinforced concrete slab. MS-1) CMU dumpster enclosure, approximately 12 FT x 20 FT x 6 FT in height with 20 FT x 34 FT concrete slab/footings; and steel bollards. MS-2-7) Light standard, fixture, and associated base/footing (6 total, see ROW plans for locations). The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a PRE-QUALIFIED firm interested in providing Demolition and Removal of Improvements, Structures or Other Encumbrances in the Right of Way or Easement Areas. GDOT will select the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder based on analysis of bid prices received. Bidders are responsible for checking this solicitation for any/all updates. Questions due to GDOT 2/6/2026 2:00 PM. Questions about any aspect of this solicitation, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Stacey Allen, email Sallen@dot.ga.gov . The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects. For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending Respondent.
