The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. Parcel 12 - Demolition and Removal - Commercial structure with brick veneered CMU exterior walls and steel frame roof structure with elastomeric roof membrane over reinforced concrete slab. MS-1) CMU dumpster enclosure, approximately 12 FT x 20 FT x 6 FT in height with 20 FT x 34 FT concrete slab/footings; and steel bollards.
