Reference Number 0000411840 Bid Intent Not Available Patch and Painting of LAC's Courthouse's 3rd and 4th floors. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the following: o Surface Preparation: o Complete patching of all holes, cracks, and dents in drywall or plaster. o Wet sanding and priming of all repaired areas to ensure a seamless finish. o Removal of old hardware, peeling paint, and wallpaper (walk-through). o Painting Specifications: o Walls: Winter Feather, PLN04 (Valspar) - Two (2) coats to be applied on the lower portion of walls that have chair rails or accent walls as identified by office heads. Otherwise, use Hint of Cream, M213 (Valspar) Hint of Cream, M213 (Valspar) - Two (2) coats to be applied on the upper portion of walls that have chair rails and all hallways. Hint of Cream, M213 (Valspar) - Two (2) coats to be applied on all ceilings. o Protection & Cleanup: Covering of all floors, furniture, and courthouse equipment with drop cloths or plastic. o Daily removal of debris and professional cleanup upon completion Las Animas County is seeking proposals from qualified painting contractors to provide professional wall patching and painting services for the 3rd and 4th floors of the County Courthouse. The objective is to repair surface damage and apply a high-quality finish that withstands high-traffic use.
