The Project consists of Concrete ADA Ramps, Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter and other various concrete flatwork Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation. The Project consists of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, ADA ramp removal and replacement and other associated work. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: A. ADA Curb Ramp - Removal and Replacement and New Installations B. 4" Sidewalk - Removal and Replacement and New Installations C.
