Site work for a mixed-use development in East Troy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
As of February 26, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project is divided into three sections with separate funding sources. Each section requires separate accounting. The Corporate Circle Extension includes the removal of both existing cul-de-sacs, clearing and grubbing, grading, construction of new roadway with curb and gutter, and extension of storm sewer. The Business Park Stormwater Basin section involves the construction of a new dry stormwater basin with associated storm sewer. The Main Street Sidewalk Extension consists of the construction of new sidewalk and associated grading. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and should be submitted on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
