Description

New construction of an educational facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

The project consists of the construction of a new, fully detached facility of approximately 11,600 square feet located on the Eastern Wyoming College campus in Douglas, Wyoming. The building along with the surrounding site is designed to support the college's vocational and technical education programs, specifically those related to the construction trades. Converse County, Wyoming, along with Eastern Wyoming College (EWC), is requesting proposals for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the construction of the EWC Construction Technology Building in Douglas, WY. The third-party testing agency must cooperate with the Owners and Owners representative, Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor in the performance of duties as defined within the RFP document. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on February 9, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be opened or considered. The County and EWC reserve the right to waive irregularities and informalities and to reject any or all proposals.
