Description

Addition to a stadium in Lexington, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a stadium.

The University of Kentucky is requesting the services of a consultant to provide design services for the Construct West End Zone Club Space – Design Only project. The design team's submittal should include only the names of individuals that will comprise the project team, specifying the role of each from programming (Phase 0) through contract administration (Phase 5). This applies to both the primary design firm and any technical consultants the prime firm plans to use. Submittals must thoroughly address criteria for evaluation, with specific project examples and supporting materials such as photographs, drawings, resumes, schedules, and budget analyses. A brief executive summary (maximum two pages) should be included, specifying the project manager. The proposal should focus on issues and needs unique to this project, and demonstrate any special experience or attributes that qualify the firm/team. All submittals should be in PDF format and five hard copies must also be provided.
