Site work for a mixed-use development in Milton, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a 19,500-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids will be received for the general construction of the Milton Historical Society Parking Lot, Contract #4884A002.A01. The base bid work includes, but is not limited to, select tree relocation, sidewalk installation, and construction of a 19,500 SF asphalt pavement parking lot with associated improvements. Bids must be submitted in duplication and received by the specified deadline, with any received after that time being returned unopened. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price upon execution of the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the bid opening. The Town of Milton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and accept or reject any items of any bid. The Town reserves the right to extend the time and place of bid opening with at least two calendar days' notice electronically.
