The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay Approximately 1.46 Miles of City Streets in Green Forest in Carroll County. This Project Consists of Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Surface Course, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc. Items. Length: 1.46 Miles in Length.
