Reference Number 0000411775 The City of Southfield is seeking qualification statements for the purpose of hiring full service, on-call architectural firms to meet its ongoing needs. The successful company should have experience in the following areas: retrofitting parts of existing buildings; building expansion; capital replacement of equipment and parts of structures; evaluation on maintenance and smaller capital needs for equipment replacement, small renovations, repairs and special projects. Evaluations, studies, advice and recommendations on an ongoing basis may be required. All architectural disciplines could be required as well.
