Interested parties should reach out directly to the Construction Manager for any information and documentation. Proposals for the construction of the Melissa Athletic Center, for all bid packages will be received by, Piazza Construction LLC. (the Construction Manager) The project consists of the construction of a new Athletic Center (approximately 126,000 sf) to be constructed at the Z-PLEX (4220 E. Melissa Road). The scope of services for the Project is intended to provide a complete and useable facility for the City which can be put into operation immediately after acceptance by the City. A draft floor layouts and a general site plan are attached hereto as Exhibit A. Prior to submitting a Statement of Qualifications, respondents shall examine the site to satisfy themselves as to the conditions which will be encountered relating to the character, quality and quantity of the work to be performed and materials and equipment required.
