Question Deadline 03/02/2026 Written questions or inquiries about the Bidding Documents or the Work received less than ten days before receipt of bids may not be answered. Contract No. ND2504 NI-4B Cathodic Protection System NCP-1 Princeton Avenue Improvements includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing and installing a new deep well anode bed; abandoning the existing deep well anode bed; removal and replacement of the existing rectifier, junction box, and associated electrical; site restoration; and all other items identified in the Contract Documents. The site is located within the Princeton Avenue right-of-way, east of U.S. Route 35 in Mantoloking, New Jersey 08738. Each bid must include bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's bid, but not in excess of $20,000. Bidders are encouraged (but not required) to attend a site visit/pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to comply with relevant statutes and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, corporate ownership disclosure, business registration, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. All required surety bonds must be written by a surety company listed on the Federal Treasury List. All questions or inquiries regarding the work must be submitted in writing to the Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to reject bids, waive informalities, re-advertise, or withhold award as deemed appropriate under applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.
