Sealed proposals are requested for projects involving light cleaning and closed-circuit televising (CCTV) inspection of approximately 90,000 linear feet of 8” – 30” sanitary sewers for Contracts A and B, with heavy cleaning and traffic control as needed, all located on sanitary sewer lines owned by the Municipality of Penn Hills. Contract C includes similar work for approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8” – greater than 30” combination/storm sewers, catch basin and manhole structure cleaning, including heavy cleaning as needed and traffic control, complete in place, on combination/storm sewer lines owned by the municipality. Contracts A, B, and C are separate and independent; bidders may submit proposals for any or all contracts. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be eligible. All inquiries and proposal submissions must be made electronically via PennBID; questions must be submitted through PennBID only. No hard copy proposals or phone inquiries will be accepted.
