Demolition and renovation of an office development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,955-square-foot office development.
Qualified SubContractors and Suppliers may submit bids for multiple bid packages related to renovation construction of an existing 13,955 square foot facility. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and millwork, roofing, flashing, gutters and downspouts, doors, frames and hardware (material supplier only), glazing and aluminum storefront, overhead doors and openers, framing, sheetrock, acoustical ceilings and sheetrock finishing, resilient flooring, base and ceramic tile, painting, specialties (material supplier only), door, hardware and specialties installation (installation of bid packages P-6 and P-12), plumbing, HVAC, automatic fire sprinkler, electrical, and addressable fire-alarm system. All work must comply with State of Oklahoma regulations for Public Bidding Projects. Bidders must submit sealed lump sum bids, provide bid security of 5% for all bids over $100,000, be properly licensed, and obtain insurance and bonds as required. A Payment and Performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid is required for all bids exceeding $100,000. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Petree Construction. Bidders should ensure they are on the bidders list to receive addenda.
