Reference Number 0000411872 Henry Ford College invites your response to Bid #24326 for the upgrade of the Audio/Visual System in our Adray Auditorium. Please see the attached specification. Here is a short synopsis of the project: The Adray Auditorium will undergo a massive renovation in the next 12 to 18 months. However, we currently have a chunk of money for the immediate upgrade of the audio/visual (A/V) equipment. We currently do not have a projector, and the projection screen is approximately 20-30 years old and is controlled by a switch at the side of the stage. We would like to add a long throw projector in the control booth and a new screen that will be powered at the current location and from the booth. We would also like to add a switch with an HDMI input at the side stage to allow users to plug in a laptop and control the projector. Likewise, we would like a touch panel in the control booth to control the switcher, projector, and screen. The entire system should be built with future expansion in mind as additions will be made during the larger renovation. Lastly, a part of the renovation will include the movement of the control booth from its current elevated location to ground level directly below.
