The Project involves the demolition of the buildings on the site of the former Dow complex on the block bounded by Peel, Notre-Dame W., Monfort and William Streets, occupying approximately 5,800 m2 of land and a total of approximately 38,000 m2 of floor space. The stages of the Project will be: . Demolition of contaminated buildings B, C, D and GH; . Closure of the south wall of the envelope of buildings A2 and J (in operation) following the demolition of buildings B and GH; . Decontamination/environmental remediation of the soil;
