Description

Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.

Upgrades and improvement to the École de Technologie Supérieure Facilities. The scope of work includes the demolition of the Dow complex buildings located within the block bounded by Peel, Notre-Dame West, Monfort, and William streets, occupying approximately 5,800 m2 of ground floor area and a total floor area of approximately 38,000 m2. The project includes the demolition of contaminated buildings B, C, D, and GH. The project also includes decontamination and major landscaping work. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals for design services issued with reference information ETS-SP25-078/20121414 has closed. Deposited submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in mid-summer 2026. Further update at that time. Note. Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 30.
