The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The services to be provided will be engineering and related services on an as-needed and as-directed basis, during peak workload periods, to support O&M in the review, inspection, evaluation, analysis, and oversight of structures associated with the State Water Project (SWP). Question Deadline 02/12/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Marissa Sharp at Marissa.Sharp@water.ca.gov. Contract amount: $20,000,000 - $40,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. RFQ date notes: Envelopes should be clearly labeled: "Statement of Qualifications, No. 10215105. SOQS WILL NOT BE OPENED UNTIL March 4, 2026, for final submissions of SOQs)." SOQs received after the due date and time will be returned unopened to the submitting party. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
