The estimated cost of the project is 237,000 Replace CMS 20 and 99 panels on Route 57. The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Orange County on Route 57 near Placentia Avenue and Yorba Linda Boulevard. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 12-ORA-57-16.9,18.4 Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis
