The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors specializing in Oil-Grit Separator (OGS) inspection and cleaning services to undertake periodic inspection, cleaning, hauling and disposal of sediment/slurry (solid and/or liquid materials) from all Town-owned OGS units over a 3 year period (2026–2028) based on annual budget approval. The Contractor will be responsible for conducting annual inspections of approximately 30 OGS units and submitting an inspection report to the Town. Completion of the inspection is a prerequisite to proceeding with any cleaning activities. Cleaning services will be awarded through a separate Request for Tender (RFT) based on the inspection results. Instructions to bidders include that the submission type is online submissions only, and bid document access may require registration or a subscription to download certain secured documents. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must specialize in OGS inspection and cleaning services.
