Renovation of an educational facility in Lagrange, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals from General Contractors are requested for HVAC Renovation at Ethel Kight Elementary School, 75 Gordon Road, LaGrange, GA 30240. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is required for eligibility to submit. All proposal documents can be accessed through Southern A & E's office or their online plan service. Proposals must include the completed Competitive Sealed Proposal Form, signed Bid Form, Bid Bond, Contractor Affidavit and Agreement for compliance with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91, and affidavits for compliance with O.C.G.A. 50-36-1. A bid bond of five percent of the base bid is required, and performance and payment bonds for one-hundred percent of the contract sum will be required prior to construction. Only bid bonds by a surety licensed in Georgia will be accepted. The Owner may reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities or irregularities.
