Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 03/20/2026 12:00 PM EDT The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair and restore existing outdoor tennis and basketball courts located within Village park facilities. Work may include, but is not limited to, crack repair, asphalt repair or replacement, surface leveling, resurfacing, line striping, fencing and gate repairs, and replacement of court hardware such as tennis posts, nets, basketball posts, rims, and backboards. ("Project'). The work to be performed by the successful Contractor shall be complete on or before June 1st, 2026. Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal deposit, as earnest money, in the form of a bid bond, a certified check or cashier's check, drawn on a responsible bank, made payable to the Village of Orland Park for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal price.
