The City of Quincy is requesting proposals for chemical treatment products for our Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system. We are seeking qualified suppliers to provide antiscalant/dispersant for scale prevention, cleaning chemicals for organic and inorganic fouling removal, and cleaning chemical for silica scale removal. Registration/Notice of Intent to submit a quote must be sent by email to Bob Davis, Q1W Program Manager by February 17, 2026. Include firm name, primary contact, physical address, phone number, and email address. Questions about the RFP must be submitted by email to the Q1W Program Manager no later than February 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PDT. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities in the RFP process, and determine which supplier(s), in the Citys judgement, provides a complete, responsible, responsive proposal.
