Paving and renovation of an educational facility in Navasota, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the following trades and will include but is not limited to: interior and exterior selective demolition, concrete paving, miscellaneous steel fabrications, rough carpentry, joint sealants, gutters and downspouts, hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware, glass & glazing, aluminum storefront, gypsum board systems, resilient flooring, resinous flooring, acoustical panel ceilings, painting, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, solid surface countertops, plumbing, electrical, access control, earthwork, subgrade stabilization, street cleaning, final cleaning, pavement markings and signage, storm sewer, SWPPP, landscape and irrigation, and other related trades.
