Question Deadline 02/23/2026 Respondents shall consider only those clarifications and interpretations that the Owner issues by addenda ten (10) days prior to the submittal deadline. In the final step of the process, Interviews, the "most" qualified respondents will be requested to attend an interview with the Owner to confirm the Qualification submittal and answer additional questions. The Owner will then rank the remaining respondents in order to determine a "most" qualified respondent. The Student Success Building will replace aging infrastructure central to the west-side campus and co-locate campus units currently located in a 75-year-old building that will be replaced during the Student Union rebuild. This building is identified as a priority in the Campus Master Plan. In September 2024, students voted by majority in the general election to approve an increase in the student union fee. Several departments currently housed in the Union will be relocated to the new Student Success Building, as these operations will not be funded by Union fees. The proposed Student Success Building will serve as the hub for the University Career Center, Business and Community Engagement Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, the Center for Accommodations and Support Services, and the Military Student Success Resource Center.
