Site work for a civil project in Needles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of a lift station, force main, sewer main, grading and associated work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bids and waive any irregularity, informality, or technicality in any bid to the extent permitted by law. Bidder(s) may not withdraw his/her bid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening. All questions pertaining to this Project will be answered electronically by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe or The WLB Group, Inc. personnel. No verbal communication is allowed. Issuance of an Addendum or Addenda on technical questions received by Email will be the opinion of the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe or The WLB Group, Inc. to meet the requirements thereof. No questions will be answered after 3:00 p.m., Arizona local time on February 18, 2026. The Contractor must submit a schedule with their Bid that defines the phases of work with a substantial completion date no later than 11 months after the Notice to Proceed date. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be substantially completed and ready for final payment will be agreed upon by the Owner and Contractor prior to issuing the Notice of Award and are set forth in the Agreement.
