The project consists of resurfacing and improvements to Moore Park Tennis Courts. The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget is seeking bids from qualified vendors for this work on behalf of the Department of Public Works. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted via online. The City of Pittsburgh's Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks bids for the Moore Tennis Courts Improvements. General Information o The contractor will repave and resurface color coating. o Contractor will uninstall and re-use existing nets and other site furnishings as needed. o Courts 1 - 3 cover approximately 20,700 SF. o The courts are enclosed with a 10' high fence. The contractor will remove and re-install the necessary fence for the asphalt work. o The contractor will be required to enclose the work area in temporary construction fencing that will remain through curing times. o The contractor will be responsible for protecting all trees on site per City tree protection standards. o The contractor is responsible for site security and the security of their equipment. o The contractor will prep the existing surface for overlay work (TBD) o The contractor will be responsible for transitions to existing walkways along the open edge of the court. o The contractor will re-use and reinstall existing nets (TBD) o The contractor will relocate and reinstall the row wood bleacher (TBD) o The contractor will furnish and install a set of receptacles with the required concrete pad (TBD) o The contractor will resurface the two color coating. o City standard asphalt paving detail is included on attached plans. o All measurements are to be field verified by the contractor. o Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with City project manager and Parks Maintenance Manager as needed.
