Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.

Capital Labs Project located in Ottawa ON will be the central portion of a hub science research project and will support science-based projects. The project includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house. The project also involves construction and installation of geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction.
