This work consists of reconstruction of Butterworth St. from WCL to O'Brien Rd, establishment of ditching system and installation of hydrodynamic separator. Any contract awarded under this Invitation to Bid is expected to be funded in part by a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
