Renovation of an educational facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,982-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The scope of work is, but not limited to, what is listed below in accordance with the architectural and engineer drawings found in Exhibit C of this document. Bidder is responsible for coordinating and executing all work that completes the plan found in Exhibit C, including passing of OSF final inspections and completions of punch list items. Scope of work: - Demolition and removal of necessary current conditions to allow reconstruction efforts to commence. Demolition services cannot impede the operation or safety of the school or students. - Reworking and addition of the following mechanical items of the property to match the final drawings: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC - Reworking of current sprinkler and fire safety systems in accordance with state fire code and osf requirements. - Flooring, paint, lighting and ceiling work to match final drawings. - Door hardware and locks per specifications. - Framing and configuration of walls and barriers in accordance to plans. - Addition of exterior openings to allow for additional windows and doors per plans. - Any additional work or services required to meet plan requirements. - All space must comply with ADA requirements - Any and all signage, lighting or equipment required for life safety plans.
