The scope of work includes the complete demolition and proper removal of all structures (including accessory building/shed), foundations, slabs, and debris at 366 Main Street, proper site preparation, and final grading. The objective is to deliver a clean, safe, and build-ready site in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The structures have been declared unfit for human habitation and must be demolished according to Town Code. Asbestos testing has been completed and no asbestos was identified; Therefore, no asbestos abatement will be required for this project. 366 Main Street has been declared unfit for human habitation by the Town Commissioners of Grifton and it has been ordered that the structures be demolished in accordance with Town Code. Schedule Work is anticipated to begin as soon as possible following bid award and shall be performed continuously until complete. Debris All construction debris from the demolition shall be properly disposed of by the Contractor off-site. General Requirements and Information All quotes must include: 1. Lump-sum pricing for the entire scope of work 2. Breakdown of costs (labor, equipment, disposal, permits, etc.) 3. Proposed project schedule (start date, duration, key milestones) 4.
