Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 11:00 AM CT Any questions relating to the solicitation after the closing of the pre- quotation conference/site visit shall be sent to Johnathan Burns, Contracting Officer, via email at J1burns@bop.gov The project requires furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor to complete repairs to the existing Glycol Loop Exchanger system. Work includes repairing the Hybrid Fluid Cooler (Model NXF-0603N-CS2TT-J2 / Nexus Modular Hybrid Cooler), two pumps with variable frequency drives, and associated pipework serving a 27-story high-rise that feeds fourteen heat pump cooling units. The Glycol Loop system, installed in 2018, includes a BAC Tower with two cells, each containing an exchanger. Both exchangers have small seam leaks preventing the system from reaching the designed pressure of 150 PSI, and both exchangers must be repaired.
